Booking, Change/Cancellation Policy
Please settle your payment within 2 days after completion of booking. Your
booking will be canceled if payment is not confirmed by the due date.
**Please settle your payment immediately if your travel is within 2 days.
Please contact us by phone or email. Phone calls will be accepted during our business hours. Email will be accepted and processed on date of receipt.
Rental service:
2-5 days before use: 30%
the day before use: 40%
the day of use: 100%
*We are not responsible for any bank charges and exchange rate differences on
cancellation refunds.
In case of loss, damage or late return, the following charges will apply.
Late Fee…10% of the basic fee will be charged for each day of delay.

Performance Ski…Charges will be determined on a case-by-case basis (up to ¥100,000).
