Booking, Change/Cancellation Policy

Please settle your payment within 2 days after completion of booking. Your booking will be canceled if payment is not confirmed by the due date.
**Please settle your payment immediately if your travel is within 2 days.

[Change/Cancellation of booking]

Please contact us by phone or email. Phone calls will be accepted during our business hours. Email will be accepted and processed on date of receipt.

[Cancellation policy]

Rental service:
2-5 days before use: 30%
the day before use: 40%
the day of use: 100%
*We are not responsible for any bank charges and exchange rate differences on cancellation refunds.

[Change of equipment after starting rental service]

Niseko and Sapporo area: Change of equipment can be made if requested equipment is available. A 2,000JPY fee will be charged for each change.
Courier Delivery Service: No change is available.

[Extension of rental period after starting rental service]

Extension fees will be charged accordingly.

[Damage to Equipment]

Our ski equipment is maintained at the highest standard, and is checked before the start of each rental period. If the equipment is damaged during rental period, the following charges will apply:
Ski and snowboard: Loss/Damage: 30,000 Yen
Performance ski and snowboard: Loss/Damage: 50,000 Yen–100,000 Yen
Boot: 15,000 Yen
Binding: 15,000 Yen–30,000 Yen
Pole: 3,000 Yen
Adjustable ski pole: 10,000 Yen
Snow suit: Loss/Damage: 20,000 Yen
Helmet: 10,000 Yen
Binding part for snowboard (belt, ratchet): 1,000 Yen and up
